Track your progress using one of our programmes or your own, with video and written description of each exercise to ensure you are performing correctly and can look back at your progress.
With our awesome nutrition tracker and inbuilt sample meal plans for everything from fat loss to muscle gain, you can make sure you hit your nutrition targets. It even has an inbuilt barcode scanner and a huge food database to ensure accuracy, along with a generated ‘shopping list’ so you can hit your targets.
Monitor your measurements of weight and circumferences to stay on track and even upload progress pictures to see the changes over time.
You can message your trainer directly through app if you have any questions.
As part of your package you will also gain access to a closed Facebook group packed full of recipe ideas, and helpful hints and tips to keep you on track.
